I never liked Ken-Flo much, but I hope he retires Penn. At least he's not as annoying as before, looks like GSP humbled him quite a bit.
Matt Hughes claims Matt Serra has small man complex. But Serra has got nothing on BJ Penn's mouth.

I really don't like BJ but he's a good fucking fighter, he's just been to lazy to train in the past and always gasses in the later rounds. However he looks in pretty good shape in the videos and I think Kennys trash talking has earned him a major beating.

Penn does not look in good shape. I'm in better shape than him but he'd destroy me in an MMA match. That doesn't mean he's in better shape though. Chuck Liddell never looked like he was in great shape either, but he was a hell of a fighter as well. Let's not suddenly pretend BJ Penn looks like a bodybuilder.
